Complaints about Phone Numbers918-957-####

Asked for resident by first name, but when asked if I could take a message there was no response but li e still seemed connected.

First it was a lady who asked for me by name instantly when I picked up the phone. I couldn't understand half the things she was saying because she was talking too fast and I never signed up for anything to do with Medical. Sounded like she was in a call center. I kept saying no, and didn't verify that I had any back pains. I said I had to go and she just hung up on me. I called back to see how they had my name and got my information and a man answered. They asked if I had this medical insurance which I never had or signed up for. And when I kept saying no, just rushed to hang up before I can say to take me off the calling list.
