A call from presumably AT&T worker checking to see how my service with AT&T is and stated many having problems with service and stated that I would get a 2 yr 40% discount on billing. I said okay fine. I checked ph # was & was not an AT&T #. So I told the person who had a foreign accent. "wait a min, your ph # is not an AT&T #. Not fully sure but may be a scam or fraud.
