I get this call twice a day. I am on the do not call list. I do not have student loans. I have asked to be taken off the list and i have blocked the number on my cell phone. They keep calling. How do i get rid of them?

Everyday I receive calls and VM from this number. I do not have a student loan; I have also asked to be removed from the list and the caller hangs up on me. Now that I have blocked them, I still receive voice mail messages. This is ridiculous!
