They left voicemail on google voice saying to select number 1 to speak to someone. They will file necessary legal documents against me because of my failure to respond to countless attemts
Received this call that’s not even for me. “Good morning my name is Miss Rush withe the Hicks Group calling in reference to a claim for forcible recovery and garnishment filed with my office for Mr. ________ ________ and Social Security number ending XXXX. At this point Mr. ____________ we've been asked to obtain your attorneys information before filing your claim in ________ County. You can provide your attorneys information at 833-968-0086” Called back with a blocked # and a guy answers not even saying hello, just asks if you can hear him. Just hang up! If you say yes that’s the scam getting you to authorize charges.
Rec'd several voicemails stating they were unsuccessful in serving me legal documents at my home and I needed to call and reschedule. Finding it funny as I was home all day Monday & Tuesday (got calls both days) and no one came to my house. There is not company information given just a 888 # to call back.

He had my name. Said he also had my social security number and needed a direct statement from me by the end of this day and wished me luck if I didn’t. Felt very threatened. Definitely frightened.
Told me he was gonna deliver documents to my house or work, also gave me a docket number which I can't find in the court system.

they have called me and left messages saying they are a law office and need me to contact them about a serious legal problem before they escalate it to the next level. Apparently these people are a collection agency pretending to be a law firm and they go around trying to collect old debt from cities like unpaid court fines. I'm guessing somewhere they give the city trying to collect the money their split but whatever cities are owed money, this company does this on there own and throughout the entire USA they go looking for unpaid debt and try to collect it and get a cut of it. I looked in to this before and it appears to be legal but very shady. Don't ever talk to them Just let it go to voice mail and keep a copy of the message if it says there going to pursue legal remedies because they have no authority to do that. I have left them messages in the past saying that if i owed someone any money to put it in writing and mail me the proof but they never do, ever. They try scare tactics to get you to think your in trouble when your not.
