Who called me from this phone number (916) 476-8316

Tried to call me & tell me they're from credit dept but we hav no outstanding bills & I told them that. Man with Indian accent seemed very un nerves with me asking questions & hung up on me. They call every morning at 8am & so I blocked them. They hav so many numbers they still get thru.
