Who called me from this phone number (916) 384-9926

Telemarketer "Jared" called me about an unsolicited travel deal to Florida, and I hung up. Before he began his sales pitch, he said that the call was being recorded. I am on the "do not call" list. This smacks of consumer fraud to me.
