10/27/2017 at 3:44 pm PST, I received another call from ROBIN YOLANDA BLAKELY, who COWARDLY HIDES BEHIND THIS AND OTHER RANDOM NUMBERS. THE NUMBER DISPLAYED THIS TIME WAS 916-384-1812 Sacramento,CA. She calls, never leaves a message and if you answer she listens and eventually hangs up. I’ve filed complaints with Authorities and anyone who will listen. I’m told it’s called SPOOFING. I KNOW THAT CALLS ORIGINATES FROM 510-734-3710. INVESTIGATE IF YOU CAN IT’S HARRASSMENT. BULLIES PURCHASE APPS TO HIDE BEHIND AND CALL PEOPLE.
