Received a call saying that I needed to callback immediately to avoid future action.
Knew my name and said they had very important papers that required my signature. Did not identify themselves
Woman knowing my name left message claiming a complaint had been filed against me and that action would be taken if I did not call this 844 number within 24 hours. lol
Lm. Asked for by name and also stated my previous last name from 18 yrs ago. Said complaint came across desk. Several failed attempts to reach me. Asked me to cb to different # @ 844-549-4542. Looked up #- no match. SCAMMERS!
Said I had a legal matter in Fayette county, where I don't live, and if didn't call back they would file charges against my consent
Caller states you have a very serious formal complaint against you at the lcs never states what the lcs is...what office they're calling from. What the complaints are. And says if u dont call back in 48hours action will be taken...thisnis the second call within a week or so. it is a person who calls tho not a robot or prerecorded message.
