The callers from 916-242-5193 continuously call and harass and threathen me about an account that was paid in full and closed. I have contacted the credit company and they said that they are not sure why this is happening. I keep explaining to these people that the account is PIF but they will not accept that. I triend to get an address from them which they will not provide, I tried to get the account number which they will not give me, and I have tried to get them to send me some type of correspondence with the information about the so called outstanding account which they clam they have done but this is untrue. They have all of my information my, full name, social secutiy number, and CDL number. I am so frustrated I do not know waht else to do. They wait for months and then they call me again and restart the harrasment. This is unfair to me as a consumer. Please stop them from calling. Respectfully, RB
