Who called me from this phone number (916) 239-2284

These people keep calling me and calling me to sell health coverage however EVERY time you tell them you are no longer interested they interrupt you and challenge you to check to see if you can further “save money” through them. When you continue to display complete disinterest they simply hang up you AND when asking to be out on their DNC list they hang up on you. Also, the more you seem to fight back the more they seem to call and Harrass you. If you call back to speak with a manager they say one isn’t available.. when you call back to ask to be put on their DNC list they say yes sir.. and silence..silence.. then you confirm, you are going to put me on the DNC list correct? They simply say.. yes.. and hang up.
