Received a call from "David Miller" badge # 1987 ex 7 US He had my phone # and couldn't come up with my name. He said my phone # won 2nd place Publishing clearing house - 20 million dollars, car and 5 thousand daily. He told me he was a man of his word and wanted me to call PCH contact # 916 237 0207- which in not in service. He provided me his phone # 917 636 7065 which goes directly to an unidentified voice mail.
