Is 904-849-8148 a scam or spam call?
This number called me 4 times in the same day. I told them the first time not to call again. After the third time I told them this is considered harassment and I would report their number if they called again. They called again and here I am. While I was trying to tell her to stop calling (same girl ever time named Jessie), she said "oh I'm sorry" and kept talking over me. I waited till she stopped so she could hear what I had to say. I said it and then she went on again with her sales pitch about renting a house. I own a house. I didn't ask for them to call me.
