PLEASE!!! Law Enforcement and FTC, catch this Robert Nelson and this Debbie Collins. They are thieves and stealing money from seniors. Thousands of dollars these two are stealing from hard working elderly people. Debbie Collins as she is known calls on this 623-300-0186 from Phoenix Az, She is so arrogant and she keeps calling and calling everyday and her associates Robert Nelson from Jamaica. These criminals must be stopped. Blocking your numbers doesn't even work anymore. They get around it and continue to call. FCC and Law Enforcement must put a stop to this now. There is an increase rise and these scammers have become very aggressive to the point of threatening the elderly if they do not follow through in sending the money. WE SENIORS NEED HELP!!!!

Claimed to be Publishers' Clearing House calling to tell me I had won 5.5 milllion and a Mercedes Benz convertible. I realized right away this was a scam but played along. He gave me a number 623-300-0186 to verify with Debbie Collin that this was an authentic call. Wanted me to go to nearest store to get check in the amount of 580.00. I finally let him know that I was scamming him, and he was so angry he could hardly talk.

Claimed they were calling from Publisher's Clearing House and that I had won $7.5 million and a 2019 Mercedes Benz convertible. Before I could claim my prize, I had to go to Walmart, and pay a registration fee of $450 which is refundable. I asked how I could be a winner when I had not entered. He said that was problem, I had not returned forms but I was a winner. He could not tell me name on winner. He said was selected by phone number. I finally hung up on him.
