Complaints about Phone Numbers866-939-####

I just rec, a call f4om this nuimber. They wanted my credit card id number before telling me I could not get anythging unless i gave it to them,

Thanks to the Who's Call app it came up as a telemarketer. A Bing search related it to an SSI scam.
