The phone number dialed in on my phone as 971-704-0971, but left a toll free number to return the call 866-929-1992. The voicemail is very realistic, with a real live recording using words like "um" to make it authentic. They requested I call them back about my school loan, which is currently paid off. Scam!

This number calls everyday 4-5 times. Done with this. Have no clue who they are they leave no message.
