Complaints about Phone Numbers866-921-####

Solicitation call from person hard to understand....My number is on the Do Not Call list for all the good that is doing.

1 866 921 9686. Stated they were Humana and wanted to come to my home. Told them they would be trespassing if they stepped on my property, police would be called and would make a citizens arrest if they come on my property. Humana does not call you. They email or text you. They have called repeatedly and have blocked this number.
