Complaints about Phone Numbers866-863-####

Just received a text message from (866)863-6739 saying my bill is setup to view via text message. It starts by saying my name, and ends with a number to call if you have any questions. The place in which they say I owe money to is Fox Valley? I’ve never heard of this before.

This phone number started calling my phone about a week ago and now I received a call from this number every day since it started
