Complaints about Phone Numbers866-851-####

Appears to be a debt collector and said was from Mercantile Adjustment LLC...which is a consumer junk debt collection agency. Name of person, company name and number called from, which showed on caller ID, was given, but nothing else regarding "what" they were calling for.

The message that was left was by someone called Kenneth who sounded foreign. You stated in the message at due to my total loss of my car that they needed to verify my last four digits of my social and my date of birth on due to the so call lien I have on my car and paperwork that needed to be done. This is someone impersonating representative from Allstate they're not from Allstate they just want to steal your information.

Called the number back and it took me to a representative from E-Financial. When I informed them they continuously call a business, they hung up on me.

Received call from these people. Called back twice claimed to be Citi rewards dept. once. DIdn't have a business name the 2nd time. Requested to speak with management and he listed off another business name. Rudest people I have even encountered.
