I've been receiving calls from this number and it has been leaving automated messages supposedly from BMO Harris Bank. I called the local bank and they agreed that it was most likely a scam caller. Do not call this number back.
Got a call from this number stating there was a problem with my BMO Harris credit card and to call back. It was an automated recording. I called BMO and verified there was no problem. They agreed it is a scam.
Got a voicemail from BMO Harris Bank regarding an important matter. Think it’s a phishing scam.
4 calls in one day! Blocked the first, but kept dialing back.
Bank fraud scam caller
I do not answer any phone calls from numbers I do not recognize. (Thank goodness for caller ID. A robo-call voice left a message on my voice mail. But all it said was "Please call back at 866-618-8686 regarding a very important matter." Needless to say I did not call back.

Calling multiple times a day, every day for weeks. When/if I answer, there is nobody there. One time after waiting over 10 seconds, someone did appear on the line asking for a non-officer employee. I told them to remove us from the list and they continue calling. Caller ID shows BMO.
