Complaints about Phone Numbers866-402-####

I girl named "Crystal Lewis" left a message, saying she was from Legal Courier Service, that she got returned mail from my address so they needed to verify my current address. But then she said from an old address that I lived at over 12 years ago!!! Yea, if there were legal documents they would have found me by now!

They call and never answer. They listen and then hang up. Call is very quick.
