Complaints about Phone Numbers866-396-####

Said they were from amazon then switched me to synchrony bank and was told they do not call customers from this number

Received call from this number stating it was a recorded line. The "representative" continued to ask me personal questions, stating they need my answers before they could release what they were calling about OR even what organization they were representing. Would NOT answer my questions regarding the name of the organization they work for, unless I offered them my DOB and address and validated some information. Made me extremely uncomfortable.
