Complaints about Phone Numbers866-383-####

Said something about “...t.x.p.? Academy” I hung up. It was a human calling - I only answered because my caller ID showed this number as someone calling from my contact list. Weird.

I called # back since they had a recorded message, talked to some guy that would not say name, said there was a claim put in and was going to take me to court to collect . I told him if this had not been paid why do I have a 847 for a credit score, he said because we have not filled this yet. He asked me how I wanted to take care of this? On the phone or a check , I said take me to court since I do have paper work showing this has been paid . HE hung Up on me !
