Complaints about Phone Numbers866-343-####

I returned the call to 866-343-1404 and the call was transferred to an unknown number and a girl answered but did not say her name or what company. I asked her name and she knew who I was and asked if this is "Harold"? I asked what is this about and she said it was about my medicare. I told her I already have medicare, I am 69 nine years old. She said, okay, this was just a cutesy call to see if they could assist me and she hung up. So strange that they don't say which company they are with.
