Same as others...this Carol Fields keeps calling me about a student loan. Sounds like a scam!!
Typical IRS scam -- will claim you owe money and FBI/CIA/ISIS/etc are going to kill your dog if you don't pay them in gift cards. The number is registered with Zipwhip VoIP. I've reported it to them and if you receive a call from this number I highly suggest you do the same.
