Calling to pretend they are from the county and someone is trying to serve papers. BS
Called, didn't recognize number and didn't answer, no voicemail left.
The phone screen says FAC, they call at least daily or more. As soon as the call is picked up, they hang up.
Got a call from this number. Caller identified as Lily from MCOA and I heard beeps in the background. MCOA called me in the past and I ignored. I Googled MCOA and lots of companies with those letters.
It said all services to my computer have been terminated and to call them back. Robot call. They left a voicemail.
