This is a third party billing company for Novant Health. They aren't a part of Novant Health only contractors per the rep that I spoke to. They do call BEFORE the due date to try and muscle a payment from you.
Keeps calling and calls here after 8pm and some times around 9pm it's against the law to be calling after 8 during the week.
Got a voicemail from this Dorian Scott character via an “unknown” number stating stating my mother was being sued and her wages were being garnished and they needed a statement of intent from her. I was confused how they got my phone number but called the number he left on the voicemail back. Spoke with “Dorian” and he was SUPER rude and defensive. I stated that I spoke with my mother and she had no idea what I was talking about and asked if he could give me any information since he could obviously call and leave all this on my voicemail. He rudely responded “if your mother wants to know she can call and ask us herself. You can’t do anything to stop this. She is being sued. Nothing cal reverse this.” I said no sir, that was not my intent. I just wanted to know what information you could give me. He then started again with the “you can’t stop this. Your mom needs to call us.” I told him I didn’t know why he was being so rude and he began YELLING at me telling me I was mistaken and he wasn’t being rude. I ended the conversation by telling him regardless if he meant to be or not he was and he should reconsider his tone when trying to scam the public because it gives him away.
o not call this number! This number is listed on an official government correspondence. It is a scam!
Received call, no message. Called back number. Another Buy Health Insurance.
they called and said that they were coming to my job and my employer will have papers for me to sign and they were not leaving. I told my HR dept.

One other thing I forgot to say, is the number now is being traced as we speak, the comment was used for the better after all, as three more calls came soon afterward, and smiles on those tracing it Thank you, and again folks never answer it !!!
