Who called me from this phone number (860) 998-7122

I was called by this number and the person was incredibly rude and unwilling to take me off their call list and even threatened me that they will keep calling. The caller ID was United Technologies and the number was 860-998-7122. I'm still looking how to ensure this practice stops because I can't seem to find this number associated with that business.
