these scams calls have to stop. I get 10 per day. Do not call registry is a JOKE

I got a call frm 860-615-0090 , they never leave voice mails but they have called me every day, at least once a day, for the last two weeks
I received a call from this number. The person said they are calling from Connecticut Light and power and inform me my light services was being disconnect because they were informed I change provider. They Proceed to transfer me to Direct energy and once call was connected they start asking me for my personal information. I disconnect the call and they call me back again asking why I disconnect the call. I told them I was busy at the moment. I hang up and call Connecticul Light and power directly.Called was a fraud.
I received calls from 860-294-0838, but have no idea who it is. I answer and they don't say anything. The call "appears" to be from Torrington, CT, but unknown if that is legitimate.
