They said that Direct Energy contacted them to let them know that we were switching providers and that they were going to change out the meter. They stated that Direct Energy had a recorded phone call saying "YES" to the change from March. This never happened. I told them to have Direct Energy to call me directly as there was never a conversation regarding changing suppliers and hung up.
I did not understand a word they were saying. Either they were drunk or from another country and then they hung up.

Apparently this caller shows on Caller ID as Anthem (CT Blue Cross/Blue Shield) but is actually another company trying to get people to sign up for a "free" medicare appointment.
