Who called me from this phone number (860) 876-7518

Reapeated utility calls I dont live in that state and haven't in almost 20 years. Have reported this to FTC and parent company eversource eversource said its a scam. However since eversource is not trying to protect their trademark by putting a stop to it they may be legally liable.
