Who called me from this phone number (860) 321-4950

Some guy left a long voicemail for me around 5:20 p.m. on Thursday August 26th 2021. Something about a for-profit business to check him out on his website $3,500 for each sale a month blah blah blah. I have no idea how he got my number but this is so so frustrating with these idiots!
