Is 860-259-9112 a scam or spam call?

Unknown October 10, 2019

Called at our small business 3-4 times in a relatively short time span (20 minutes). Shows up as "Locksmith Store" on caller ID. When I answered, they didn't say anything, hung up, and did not call back. Reported as a scam on a few different sites, but I have no reason to believe either way.
