I get repeated calls from this number with no identification of who is calling. Spam, Scam or fraud.

robo call for fundraising by MDS telecommunications; they are a for-profit telemarketer turned "fund raiser." Pressing the button "to be removed from the call list" doesn't work. Just block 'em.
