Caller, Ricky, identified himself as calling from pharmacy to see if any medication or pain pills are needed. When asked which pharmacy, "Ricky" stated, CVS. Number on caller id shows as 8623775263. When I asked for a callback number, "Ricky" provided 8507785860. When asked who he was calling to speak with, he provided a fictitous name.
