Who called me from this phone number (850) 739-8684

An apparent live female voice advised that *her name) was calling from a health advisory on a recorded line and then the line went dead..........no one there. I wondered for a moment if my number was being called to advise of a health alert for someone I know, but dismissed the thought and made a calculated move to "it was a spam call of some type."
