Missed call. Unable to call back, number reported as invalid

I dont live here but keep getting weather alerts on my iphone via text and calls.
Called both my house phone and cell phone within two minutes of each other.If a weather warning call, why not leave a message? No message left on either phone.

I don't even live in Okaloosa County, why give me their alerts. Should I rush over there and warn them?
