Who called me from this phone number (850) 658-8221

Mother fucker have called 11 times in less than an hour. A recording from a clearly American robot says my loan that I applied for has been approved and that I need to call back. I never applied for a loan. I call back tell them to stop calling me after the 3rd time they are clearly foreign and you can hear all kinds of Rufus in the back ground so clearly a scam call, they say sure and put me on the do not call list only to call me a million more times back to bck to back.
