CALLED 9-8-19 AT 6:03 PM ASKED FOR A CERTAIN MAN'S NAME .ID CALLER : STATE OF FLORIDA DMS. IT WAS A WOMAN AND YOU COULD HEAR OTHERS ON PHONES IN THE BACKGROUND. SHOULD HAVE BLOWN MY WHISTLE.
