Who called me from this phone number (850) 617-4991

this is a legit call from Gainesville fl. social security office. i get and return calls to many of the numbers, but this one is usually like an appointment reminder call

I received a voicemail saying I have a disability appointment with a doctor and I should of received a letter in the mail. They left a 1 800 # to call back but called from 8506174991. Scam!
