Is 850-601-9023 a scam or spam call?
I received a call that came up as SPAM risk. I answered and they said my name, then hung up.
They call every 20 minutes and leave a message on the phone recorder. I have called & told them not to call me but they still continue to call. Now I have a whistle by phone and they call me, I call them back and blow the whistle.
