I got a call saying they were coming to my work or home to serve papers.
Got a call from 850-558-5829, it was a recording stating that I was getting served papers for a debt that has already been discharged by bankruptcy.
I received a call from 850-558-5829, when I asked him what the call was in regards to and who was calling, he identified himself as Frank Olson. When I wouldn't tell him who he was speaking with he said "tell her we'll see her in court" and hung up. Geesh!! Leave people alone.
Got a call with a recording message about a summons and serving some papers. There was no name given, and it was a recording.
I cussed this clown out and he hung up on me - then one of his co-workers called me back from 833-929-4672 and started with the personal attacks - then saying I had a debt in the office wouldn't tell me what and that they were gonna call me everyday and then hung up - total bottom feeding losers! Laugh at em - really pisses them off ...lol
Got a call from Mike Bowl claiming he's been trying to reach me via phone and my home to serve some papers. Says to call 518-621-0810. Do not call, this is a scam.
1-850-558-5829 calls himself mr thomas and threatens court documents also 518-621-0810 is the number you call back to and want your name

Scam process server with threats of "service" at work..... don't fall for this and don't return a call -- Ethan Alexander a complaint has been filed against you and your multiple numbers with the FBI complaint process--- you have now been served!
A person who identifies himself as Mr Cooper calls. Informs you of outstanding debt account. (Which we don't have) says needs to be settled or else he will have to come to our home

Complete scam . Called me threatening that i was being charged with fraudulent payments from Citibank for an account that wasn't even mine. Then after i told them the last 4 digits of my social didnt match what they read, they read off this other persons full social security number to me 2 times. I told them i recorded the call and will be reporting them very high legal authority
