Ron has called my family members several times and has left threatening messages including warrants out for my arrest and garnishing my wages and putting leans against things I own for past owed bills. He will threaten you to try and get any money possible. It is a scam and he needs to be stopped. Ignore calls and threats and advise him that you are reporting the harassment. Global mediation group. Threatening calls. I have blocked them and they still are getting around my block. They are calling from 850-558-5396 and asking to return a call to 833-808-0985. This is now beyond ridiculous.
Today Global Mediation Group is calling from a different number 850-558-5396, again with the same message of threats, the return call number is always the same 833-808-0985. This has become more than annoying.
This is Ron Avery with Global Mediation Group and his calls are rude, threatening and unethical. He has threatened to contact the Owner of the company I work for. Has call my ex mother in law, whom I haven't spoken to in almost 18 years. And continues to call my place of employment after a request that he stop. He continues to threaten me with garnishments, but I have not received any such orders from the courts.

Received a call AT MY JOB from this number that showed as Hamlin Ross Associates in caller ID. When I picked up, no one said anything on the other line, so I called it back, because the nature of my job means that it could have been legitimately for work. A man who identified himself as Ron Avery said they were trying to reach [my name, my birthdate]. I didn't identify myself, so he left "an urgent message" saying to call 833-437-0484 with an extension, and said that [I] have a court date, and should not miss it. I searched my name in the municipal court and the county court and nothing came up but a 7 year old speeding ticket. I then CALLED the county court and the municipal court, and all they came up with was also the speeding ticket, no pending cases, no pending summons'. It is ILLEGAL for a debt collector to say that they are suing someone or taking them to court if they aren't planning to do so/haven't done so.
