Who called me from this phone number (850) 347-2053

Kept calling my mom's phone, knew her name, said can I speak to nancy, I said she was gone for a sec and he hung up. Does it sound like a low pitched males voice to y'all?

Calls and calls. Doesn't leave mgs. Try to call back and get nothing but old midi file music and no answer. I downloaded a call blocker to stop it.
