this is a formal complaint that 850-306-4696 calls my phone sometimes 2x's a day. They never leave a message. when I call it back, someone answers, then hangs up. I have blocked similar #'s and then a new one from the same area will call. 850-375-1375 is another number that does similar thing. also 850-454-1964
