Received call from 8502131667 Santa Rosa Beach, FL concerning pain relief cream being sent to my address, which she read to me and I verified. She explained that I had filled out a form concerning pain and she was following up on that information. She asked me for my birth date to verify my identify and then asked about who my primary care provider was, which I reluctantly stated Humana Military. She then stated I did not qualify. I told her to explain why she called me to send a pain cream, but then states I am not qualified. I stated she said I completed a form at my primary care provider, at which time she stated she never mentioned "primary care provider". Then I asked to speak with her supervisor. She said okay, placed me on hold for am couple minutes, then disconnected. Calling back goes to recorded message that all circuits are busy... This is one of the more creative calls received that I should have terminated once I began suspecting something was wrong. Next time...
