Live person called to ask me if I had any pain, nerve, back. Mentioned pain cream. Said they worked closely with my primary care provider. I would not give info. I couldn't get much info who they were. He wanted my address and DOB.

I had a similar experience, said they were calling regarding pain creme requested on behalf of a medical provider. I have not seen a medical provider for any reason recently, so I was perplexed and asked for more information. They insisted I requested the creme or filled out some web questionaire, I did not. They would not provide any information on where or when the supposed request came from.
