Woman with accent claimed an employee had conducted research on her company's website, and she was calling to follow up. I explained corporate policy that staffers who do this will be in touch with any questions; also, firms that investigate such sales opportunities are considered to be soliciting. She asked, "Can you not let me speak with him?" and hung up when I said No.
