Who called me from this phone number (845) 420-1480

Rude man calls telling me he's from some police association and wants to speak to the owner. I ask him for the reason for his call or tells him that the manager is unavailable and he just hangs up quickly. Calls me from several different numbers claiming the same thing, but i recognize his voice
