My daughter called them thinking it was apple. they scanned our phone and told us we were being hacked and asked us to log into my banking app. I knew it was an issue when she had issues with me logging in from a source other than my phone. Hackers! Be aware of what number you call. It comes up in the google search
They said they are Applecare my phone was defective and wanted target, eBay or Apple , gift cards to be purchased for the new phone to be delivered during covid
This Company pretended to be Apple Support and logged into my phone. They then tried to transfer 199.00 then 299.00 then 499.00 from both Cash App and Zelle after telling me there are hackers trying to transfer this money from my account and they have to create dummy transactions before they can reverse the transactions. This is pretty pathetic considering we are going through a pandemic.
