It's legit. It's the Bank of America fraud department. I have a card and this coincided with an email alert I received for a suspicious transaction.

I got a call on 10-18-2020. I called the customer service number on my Bank of America credit card bill and learned that the phone number is theirs. It showed up as toll free number. Also the fraud alert was real, although I do not know why they decided that an annually occurring bill was suspicious. The advice of customer service- always call the number on the back of your card if you are concerned.
