The caller did not leave a message each time they've called. I normally do not answer calls that are not from my "Contact" list. Yet this number or others with this prefix keep calling and leaves no message.

This number called and asked for my refund amount. I called back immediately after, said it was for student loans. I don’t have student loans, period. Called back 24 hours later and it was not a working number. RED FLAG.

Has called multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day, from June 2018-Jan 2020. Suspect local sociopath, however, may be telemarketer or scam outfit, will not speak when call is answered.
Called, did not leave message. Immediately following, got called twice by anonymous, can't block an anonymous call with no phone number, but hitting call block stopped it from ringing, twice within 5 seconds of first call.
